Due to delays in international shipping and customs as a result of Covid-19, we are currently only shipping to Canada and the United States. If you live outside of the US or Canada and are interested in purchasing a Breeze Bag, please contact us at email@example.com
We are currently offering free standard shipping throughout all 50 US states with code SUMMER. Expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.
For International orders, we calculate the best rate possible across multiple shippers. International orders may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon receipt. The recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, fees, and international costs. The most accurate way to determine what you owe is by checking with your country's customs agency.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We truly hope you love your Breeze Bag, but you may return unused products purchased on findyourbreeze.com for an exchange or refund within 30 days.
To kickstart the return process, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line and we will respond with shipping instructions. Please also include the order number and reason for return/exchange in the body of the email.
We are constantly looking to improve our products, so we'd love to hear your feedback. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to drop us a line.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- We will only accept returns in unused condition and in original packaging.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for return processing and refund.
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for return postage.
- Returns sent from outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, fees, and international costs.
- If a shipment is lost, abandoned, or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, we cannot refund for your order.
